PRIVATE HIRE REFORM CAMPAIGN
Welcome to PHRC a campaign group setup in order to combat out of date legislation contained in the private hire industry. The private hire industry is governed by around 350 local authorities, producing obstacles and using long out dated acts, making the running of our industry near on impossible. Our campaign has been produced with one aim, an aim to reform, rebuild and take control of our industry. Operator driven, we understand, and in most cases have been or are currently involved with colossal court battles with the relevant local authority. The time has come upon us all to stand together as a seven Billion pound industry, talk, table ideas and ultimately create a standard for all that’s workable, for all.
To be frank, we need your support to make this happen! Completing our survey is the first step in order for our campaign to use this data in support of the issues agonised by all. This website forms the base of the campaign to update you all on our progress and collect information. Along the way, we hope to offer advice for all via our licensing consultancy A2Z Licensing, who are more than prepared to advise you with outstanding and new local authority issues.
PHRC is not an association, merely a campaign run by operators, for operators, for the future of our industry.
